So I thought that last month was crazy.  I didn't know what I was talking about.  This month has been crazy, interesting and challenging.   We drove our home (hahaha) to Daytona Florida for Clint's first race of the season.  It was a long... very long drive.  We had a good time, we picked up Clint's brother Adam in St. Louis and Dylon (Clint's teammate) drove with us.  The weather was awesome, we were able to go to the beach, and have a lot of interesting experiences with Florida people.  Clint qualified for the race and raced the first night race in the history of the AMA.  As many of you saw, Clint 'high-sided' close to the end  of the race.  A high-side for those who don't know is when the rider actually is launched off the bike, in comparison to a low-side which is when the rider just slides off...there is more a more detailed description but I don't want to bore you all with that here. Anyway he broke his collar bone and actually need to have surgery if he wanted to race anytime soon.  He had his surgery and a few days later he was laid off.  The company he worked for actually laid off about half of their employees.  A couple days after that news we headed out to Fontana California for the next race.  Clint was unable to race that weekend but we were able to support his teammate.  We got back tonight, we're exhausted and have a lot of decisions we have to make. We leave for Georgia in a week for the next race. If anyone wants to watch the races are broadcast on the speed channel on Sat nights, prime time.  We forgot our camera this time around so I'll see what I can find.   Hope everyone is well!
